This is all very exciting! Welcome to ProFresh!

Hi! I'm Mark Shields, and along with my partner, Latisha Knight, and our Fresh Friends in Fashion and Alterations, Chas and Emily, we want to welcome you to something that means a lot to each of us: ProFresh Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services! We will be offering Dry Cleaning, Wash-Dry-Fold service, and in-house Alterations at a drop-off and pick-up location soon to be announced.

Many friends, family, and community members have been discussing the need for a Dry Cleaning and Wash Dry Fold location that is eco-friendly, cost-conscious, and an excellent service experience with actual humans interacting. 

While doing nearly everything on our phones or over the internet is time saving, accountable, and can be fast, it may not be the most effective way for all. We will still have ordering online as an offering but just knowing that a real-life someone is at the counter, on the phone, or answering an email/message/order gives an added measure of confidence and peace of mind. 

ProFresh also wants to be cost-conscious and offer fair and transparent pricing so that if ever there is a question about value, consistency in pricing, or accessibility, we are up-front to you, our customer.

With that pricing we believe we can deliver a responsible, sustainable, and ecologically mindful level of cleanliness through our use of eco-friendly products and a real heavy-hitter: The Lux UV Sanitizing System. Lux is used on EVERY wash and eliminates bacteria, odors, and allergens to provide your clothes, you, and your household with that clean-clean feeling; Feeling ProFresh!
